November 20 - DMR Net Check Ins Log

Bryan VA3BVH is the host and the Net Controller.

This Net is held weekly every Sunday on the Canada talk group (TG 302).  It is intended to connect DMR users across Canada and is intended as a simulated emergency communication practice for the Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) to send messages.

    I'm starting to understand the popularity of Sugar over Sierra for the phonetic for S :) I guess there's just too much tainting of the name? In fact, I recall as a kid we had one of these before we sued the dealer to take it back https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oldsmobile_Cutlass_Ciera

    Long story short, VA3CQD should be VA3SQD :)
